About

Who I am

I combine classroom experience, policy knowledge, and lived understanding of neurodiversity to support families through the IEP process from start to finish.

Experience

Special educator for fourteen years

I have worked in both the School District of Philadelphia and Central Bucks School District, supporting students across grade levels in resource, inclusion, and specialized programs. I have written and implemented hundreds of IEPs and behavior support plans and have sat on every side of the IEP table.

Training and leadership

Advanced training in special education

I hold a master's degree in special education and am a member of Alpha Epsilon Lambda Graduate Honor Society for academic excellence. I serve as the elected commissioner for Ward 6 in Upper Moreland Township, which helps me understand how school and community systems interact and how families can make their voices heard.

Advocacy style

Calm, collaborative, and direct

My advocacy focuses on clear communication, relationship building, and student centered solutions. I help you prepare, stay regulated in meetings, and follow up with focused action steps so you are not carrying this alone or guessing what to do next.
